Dance Team
It is mandatory for Dance Team Members to adhere to the following policies and rules:
-Each Dance Team will have a set of required classes. Team members MUST attend ALL of these classes regularly.
-If asked to join the Dance Team you must understand that you are an essential member of a TEAM. If you miss classes or are habitually late, that behavior directly affects the TEAM and the team's ability to excel. If 5 meetings of any one class are missed that member will be put on PROBATION, they will not be allowed to perform in any remaining shows. If you are too sick to dance, you are expected to come to class and observe.
-Tardiness will not be tolerated. If you are more than 15 minutes late for any dance team class, you will sit out for that class.
-Proper attire and hairstyle is required for all classes.
-If a member misses one performance they will not be allowed to participate in the next performance. If a member misses two performances they will be expelled from the team.
-It is the member's responsibility to check the DANCE TEAM BOARD OR ONLINE UPDATES every week. Changes occur frequently, please refer to the board or site for updated information and rehearsal schedules. Do not rely on information from other students. Check for info YOURSELF!

The dance team is not a recreational activity. We at Peaches School of Dance do not suggest the team for any dancer who is not serious about it. Membership in the Dance Team is a tremendous commitment for both dancers and parents. The upcoming school year will involve a great amount of time, travel and expense.
